Functioning
The oil skimmer belt is immersed into the liquid. The floating oil comes into contact with the floating oil thanks to the cohesion forces of the different materials, sticks to the belt and is removed from the water surface. The scrapers separate oil from the belt surface and let it flows through a discharge conduit down into the collection tank.
